The article Koren Shadmi has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, all newly created biographies of living persons must have at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. GregJackP Boomer! 21:27, 24 May 2012 (UTC)
The article Koren Shadmi has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Non notable person. The sources are articles the person written himself. So, they are not realiable.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Hahc21 [TALK][CONTRIBS] 17:17, 26 May 2012 (UTC)
References
[edit]Hi, I've seen your article about Koren Shadmi and I think your use of references was a bit too complicated, naming refs is fine if you are going to use them once and the best thing if you are going to name them is to keep them simple. <ref name="In the Flesh"> would be fine, much more and it's too easy to make mistakes when re-using it. Same for groups, unless there is a really good reason for using groups, for example footnotes and explanatory notes leaving the group unnamed is again simpler and easier for others to understand. Apart from that I think it's an interesting little article and certainly appears to me to meet the notability criteria. The only other thing you might want to consider is using edit summaries to explain what changes you have made to an article. That way other editors have a better insight into what you are doing. If you want to discuss more you can leave a message at my talk page or you can stop on by the Teahouse where me or one of the others can help you. All the best. NtheP (talk) 21:45, 28 May 2012 (UTC)
