Commons notice re El Paso
My talk page over on Commons:User talk:Maile66, I just got a notice about Category:Maps and emblems of El Paso, Texas listed for discussion. I don't think I've ever used that category, but the discussion might be of interest to you. — Maile (talk) 04:26, 18 June 2023 (UTC)

Women in gaming
Hi there! I'm sure I've asked before, but it was a while ago. :) You did help me get a few drafts published. If you don't mind taking a look, do you see anything useable for Draft:Jonaya Kemper, Draft:Julie Ann Dawson, or User:Vermiculite/Samantha Henderson?
I last asked you about this about 5 years ago at which time there were about 30 bio articles for women in RPGs, and since then we have definitely added more. :) We've even got one for wargame designer Linda Mosca! BOZ (talk) 20:48, 2 June 2023 (UTC)
- @BOZ: I was able to add a reference to Samantha Henderson and worked on citations for Jonaya Kemper. I didn't find more for Julie Ann. However, I think that of the three, Jonaya Kemper has the best chance of making it in mainspace. I'd go ahead and move that one and sit on the other two for a bit. :) Megalibrarygirl (talk) 21:47, 8 June 2023 (UTC)
- Awesome, and thank you for that! :) BOZ (talk) 21:55, 8 June 2023 (UTC)
- One of my most interesting and rare finds recently was wargame designer Linda Mosca. :) BOZ (talk) 21:58, 8 June 2023 (UTC)
- @BOZ: She is really interesting! :) I love finding interesting people history has overlooked, too! :) Megalibrarygirl (talk) 15:16, 9 June 2023 (UTC)
- Yeah! :) I found an abandoned draft for her and we worked it up into good shape to get it published. :) BOZ (talk) 15:17, 9 June 2023 (UTC)
- I actually found Linda due to my massive project at User:BOZ/Games deletions, where I have a section specifically for "Designers and artists". I currently have two other women listed there - Andrea Radeck (abandoned draft) - RPG artist [1], and Annie Rush (CSD) - artist and game designer who has written several games for the Wicked Dead Brewing Company [2]) - if you see anything more for either of them I could ask for them to be restored? BOZ (talk) 13:57, 12 June 2023 (UTC)
- @BOZ: I didn't see anything significant in the databases I have, though I did find a name match for Andrea Radeck. Maybe it's a pic of her as a young girl? [3] Megalibrarygirl (talk) 18:48, 13 June 2023 (UTC)
- Possibly? I certainly wouldn't want to speculate. OK, thanks for checking. :) BOZ (talk) 18:54, 13 June 2023 (UTC)

I think that Gail B. McIntosh with her background makes for a more interesting than average game artist! BOZ (talk) 17:55, 29 June 2023 (UTC)
