Just don't make too many edits about genres on those articles because that's what he did. And he got blocked. Also I think you are being confused with AFI-PUNK because he was german too.

If they don't let us change the music box we can do the genre section idea. At least put Alternative rock in the box as it's a broad/wide enough genre. Without saying Alternative Rock, it's like saying they aren't a rock band which they are. You would say that they were rock at least if you were trying to make the music style box very general. Your threats to an anonymous user[edit]

Hi, I just saw your comments on the talk page of User:77.100.133.194. It seems that this user has made edits with which you disagree. When such disagreements happen there are a number of things you can do: one option is to simply edit the article; another is to open a discussion on the article's talk page and attempt to resolve the difference of opinion by finding a compromise. In the worst cases, where compromise is impossible, you can go to mediation or arbitration. However, what you can't do is make threats on people's talk pages telling them that they will be blocked if they make edits that you don't agree with. Wikipedia is a collaborative site that encourages all users to be bold. You may not like someone's edits but they have every right to make them, just as you have every right to make yours (within the rules, of course).

I'm sorry, but no, it is not a compromise. It's actually a case of what you say goes. Except that it doesn't. On wikipedia, we use sources to back up our claims and we discuss controversial changes with our peers because this is a collaborative environment. It's very hard to communicate with you and when you do, you only attempt to communicate after your controversial edits have been reverted multiple times. If you find that you cannot agree with people, try to edit articles which lie in a different field.
