Gospel of Barnabas

[edit]

Hi

I note you reverted the revert on whether the GoB is to be counted as Islamic. I re-instated this a few days ago, as that was the wish of another reader.

There is no point in being over-precious about this - as I would fully agree that the GoB differs strongly from orthodox Islam on many points.

But, on the other hand, there seem to be many readers who advance the view of this Gospel as fundamentally Islamic - albeit corrupted in transmission.

Would it not be more-inclusive to leave the-cross reference in?

Good luck with Arabic...

The non-english Wikipedias must be both exciting (so much to do!) and frustrating (so much to do.) Good luck with that. -- ForteTuba

RfA Results and Thanks

[edit]
Mido, thank you for supporting me in my recent RfA. Although it did not succeed as no consensus was declared (final: 65/29/7), I know that there is always an opportunity to request adminship again. If and when that day comes, I hope you will once again support me. If at any time I make any mistakes or if you would like to comment on my contributions to Wikipedia, you are more than welcome to do so. Regardless of your religious, cultural, and personal beliefs, I pray that whatever and whoever motivates you in life continues to guide you on the most righteous path.

Hi, many thanks for all your architecture and design edits. I was wondering if you might be interested in joining Wikipedia:WikiProject Architecture. Also we've been revamping the Architecture Portal and nominations to Portal:Architecture/Selected picture candidates and Portal:Architecture/Selected article candidates will always be welcome.--Mcginnly 09:24, 16 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, i am a member of the WP:FOOTY project here, and my attention was drawn to the Zamalek article which was in a considerable mess. I have cleaned it up as much as i can now. I need a little help in improving the notable players section and the managers section. I think the managers section is inaccurate and would like your input or sources. Also, i have little knowledge of Egyptian football so i am not sure about how notable some of the players are in relation to the football club. Any help, be it editing or pointing to sources, would be much appreciated. If not, don't worry, i will keep looking for sources. Thanks Woodym555 21:34, 7 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
