- Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by some search engines, including Google. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. JuJube (talk) 19:55, 8 January 2009 (UTC)
- Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. - This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits. The next time you insert a spam link, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. You have been blocked indefinitely from editing in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy because your account is being used only for spam, advertising, or promotion. If you believe this block is unjustified you may contest this block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below.

- Thank you for your email (although please note that if you want to contact me it's probably quicker to leave me a message on my talk page. I'm slightly confused when you say "I didn't realise you were emailing me", as I wasn't - perhaps you mean you didn't realise that people were leaving you message on your talk page? In any event, I blocked the account because the only contributions you were making was to add a website that other editors were deeming inappropriate - instead of discussing it with them (in response to their messages above) you continued to reinsert it. We have various policies which govern what links should and should not be included (which you can read more about here, and also policies about people promoting websites or organisations with which they are involved - doing so creates a conflict of interest which prejudices the ability to write an online encyclopaedia from a neutral point of view. If you'd like to take the time to read the policies I've linked to (which you can get to by clicking on the blue words in this message) then feel free to ask me any questions afterwards.
