The article should state some grounds for notability in the first section (thus justifying the article's existence) rather than letting that wait until after a section on details of his education. Michael Hardy (talk) 06:37, 25 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Matthew, I saw that you were the first person to write the article on Steven Gaal. Can you say where the information you used comes from? Did you know him personally? (Please don't read this as a complaint, I am just curious. Are there books where Gaal's biography is contained?). --Mediocrity (talk) 08:39, 5 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Unreferenced BLPs[edit]

Hello Mlivesey! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 876 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:
