Article issues

Cecilia Hyunjung Mo moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Cecilia Hyunjung Mo, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Ways to improve Cecilia Hyunjung Mo
[edit]Hello, Mochi494,
Thank you for creating Cecilia Hyunjung Mo.
I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:
As the article stands, it's extremely unclear whether the subject meets WP:NPROF. There are no secondary sources about the subject, and there's no indication in the article itself that Mo has met the criteria laid out in WP:NACADEMIC. I noticed that the article was moved to draftspace earlier today by DGG - It may be a good idea to incubate there for a bit longer.
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|ThadeusOfNazereth}}

- to clarify, there are two possible bases for notability
- WP:PROF which requires showing the person an authority in their field, as shown by their academic publications (or major national level awards awards, or some similar factors that ar explained on that page) If you're going to show a list of books published, with year, date, publisher, ISBN (referenced to WorldCat), and links to published reviews of the books; and the 5 or so most cited peer-reviewed articles, given in full with coauthors, full name of journals, and links, with the number of citations to each of them;)
- WP:ANYBIO, which requires substantial 3rd party reliable published sources, not press releases or blogs or postings or mere notices . Publications by the individual themselves do not count here.
In either case , the routine facts of their life can be established by their own website or their institutional website, but those sites can not be used to show notability. DGG ( talk ) 06:43, 14 April 2021 (UTC)
