May 2020[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm RandomCanadian. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to IHH (Turkish NGO) seemed less than neutral and has been removed. If you think this was a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. In neutrality, you should have cited Turkish and Palestinian news outlets as well in addition to the Israeli version of the incident. This is the real neutrality. I am not interested though in hashing out details of a 10-year old incident, and I won't bother you again. It just struck me that you cited "neutrality" without even offering the Turkish point of view and letting the reader decides. Thank you so much....Bye! — Preceding unsigned comment added by MohamadAnwar12 (talkcontribs)

Neutrality on Wikipedia is defined based on what is reported in reliable sources. If there are sources which dispute the Isreali point of view (and given the nature of the topic), then surely it should be possible to cite them in an appropriate manner. Thanks. Then, who defines "reliable resources"? you listed one country's point of view in a conflict. Did you bother to look up any Turkish resource? Your Wikipedia page does not state all facts, and is not definitely a historic resource. It is merely your point of view. As a Wikipedia user, I just invited you to please list the two sides of any story. That's all. I guess that we are looking at this matter and interpreting Wikipedia terms and policies differently. Thank you for your time. — Preceding unsigned comment added by MohamadAnwar12 (talkcontribs)

I have little clue about the topic, I am merely indicating what you should do if you think there's a problem. The definition of what constitutes a reliable source is clearly indicated at the following page. Thanks, RandomCanadian (talk / contribs) 17:33, 27 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
