Hi Mole,

Forgive the lateness of my reply - I missed your addition to my talk page. Note that the typical placement for new messages is at the bottom of the talk page as opposed to the top.

Regarding Intergovernmental Working Group of Experts on International Standards of Accounting and Reporting (ISAR) it looks as if your edits have been accepted, although not via the channels I expected. I changed many of your external links to internal links as it is a goal of Wikipedia to integrate articles as much as possible and keep external links to a minimum.
