Possible wikipedia article[edit]

  1. the big five as a density distribution
  2. the nature of personality
  3. personality fluctuations throughout the life stages
I'm not really sure how you'd write about the density distribution of Big Five personality traits, I'm guessing based on other characteristics (that could be an article). I don't know what the "nature of personality" refers to (archetypes?). The third topic "personality fluctuations throughout the life stages" could be made into an article. You'd have to discuss various theories about personality changes over life and the causes of these changes, though there should be a more accurate title for the topic. This would be more related to developmental psychology..Smallman12q (talk) 00:14, 25 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
You have a good set of starting articles listed in your sandbox, and they helped clarify the topic you have in mind. I think it is a good topic. It may be difficult to identify the best title for your topic, because you want to use non-technical language that will be understandable to the non-expert, and that defines the topic precisely at the same time. That's something you can work on as you go. William Fleeson (talk) 21:38, 17 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia and thanks for visiting my talk page. My name is Jim, and I edit here with the username of "Cullen328". I've been contributing to Wikipedia for 2-1/2 years now. I am an Online Ambassador, and I have offered to help students in your class. Please feel free to ask me any questions at all about editing Wikipedia.

There are many helpful resources available for new Wikipedia editors. One that I like is WP:PRIMER, which is a one-stop introduction intended to help newcomers to better understand the basics of Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. The best advice that I can give you to learn how to be a good Wikipedia editor is to actually edit articles, edit talk pages and edit your own user page. Add high quality references to articles, improve the accuracy and improve the prose, and everyone here will sing your praises. Feel free to visit my user page and my talk page, and feel free to ask any question at any time. Thank you. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 02:20, 18 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
