Please stop adding external links to the Street wear article along with your personal opinions. Wikipedia is not a links directory and opinions added should be reliably sourced and those of recognised authorities. The quote you refer to is not mine. If you have better cited material then please feel free to add it. The article is very skimpy and could do with a lot of improvement, but it needs sources.
