Page moves

[edit]

Require discussion and consensus - please note you can get blocked if you are unable to contain yourself - it needs to have patience and consideration for others point of views and in view of established slowness of any form of discussion about items in the tasmanian project area - a considerable amount of patience for what might be a slow response by others to even turn up... Suicided and Committed Suicide

[edit]

I'm curious, where did you get this view from? "Suicide" isn't a verb. It's not standard English, it's not Australian English, it's just something you appear to have decided. You can commit things that aren't crimes. Maybe google these things before edit warring over them, or don't edit war at all. Cjhard (talk) 04:31, 20 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Cjhard,
I would refer you to the American Psychological Association (p19) and Mainframe (p17). Both suggest the phrase 'commit suicide' be avoided and provide better alternatives.
I also suggest you familiarise yourself with the principle of assuming good faith. Mwvr (talk) 05:17, 20 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
