There have been two problems with this account: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group or a web site, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person. Because of those problems, the account has been blocked indefinitely from editing. Additionally, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for your contributions to Wikipedia, you mustdisclose who is paying you to edit.
If you intend to make useful contributions about some topic other than your business or organisation, you may request an unblock. To do so, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:CentralAuth to search for available usernames. Your new username will need to meet our username policy. Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In that reason, you must:
Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
If you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal this block. To do so, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page, replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason for thinking that the block was an error, and publish the page. 331dot (talk) 01:03, 30 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
This user's request to be unblocked to request a change in username has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without a good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
Request and edit returned or let me know how to edit correctly? Preserve Tucson is not a business I Nancy Kate am not posting to advertise or for promotion. I am a citizen and resident of Tucson, Arizona that edited to add information that has complete references to the facts edited in. for the preservation of Tucson is why I choose the name. If I need to change the user name I can do that. Would appreciated guidance so I may share this factual information. Thank you.
NKTucson might be a better user name? The 331dot person shows a state Maine connection not Arizona and is in error.Edit made: February of 2019 a conflict of interest complaint was filed with the Arizona Attorney General's Office against Demion Clinco regarding Clinco's activities during his current term as a Pima County College Board of Governors Member / Chairman of the Pima County College District. Clinco's connections as CEO of the Tucson Historic Preservation Foundation and CEO/owner of Frontier Consulting Group LLC are also listed in the compliant. Complaint details lists direct conflict of interest which maybe in violation of the state statues that include public officers is under investigation. Decline reason:
The new username is perfectly acceptable, but the edits leading up to the block were not. It appears that you are here with an axe to grind, and Wikipedia is not the place to do that. I would expect any unblock to be conditional on an agreement to avoid any direct edits to the article on Demion Clinco. Yunshui雲水12:05, 18 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Wikipedia is a global project, editable by people from around the world; editing about Arizona is not limited to those from Arizona. We aren't interested in helping you publicize your complaints or grievances against public officials. "Preserve Tucson" is the name of your website, it doesn't need to be a business. 331dot (talk) 09:48, 30 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
