Certainly accomplished, and lots of mentions, but I can't find enough in-depth coverage to meet WP:GNG. Would have redirected to Tanger Med Special Agency, but that article doesn't exist either.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Thank you for your feedback. I would like to point out that the article is linked to the Tanger Med page, also named Tanger Med Special Agency. You can see that Fouad Brini is listed as president on the French wikipedia page of Tanger Med.
