                                    The evolution of Peruvian Food
     Nowadays the Peruvian food is well known around the world, the variety of the products, and the combination with different tastes and flavors are mixed to connect with our past culture. Moreover, Peruvian people have three different regions (1); called the cost, the land, and the jungle, also, the Pacific Ocean provides with a wide variety of fish. 
   The background of the Peruvian food has many influences from people who immigrate to Peru, others researchers believe the first residents were from Asia roughly many centuries (2) approximately 6000 B.C the primitive men start to create their original set of tools in order to subsist, on the other hand, they were began to harvest of cotton, corn, beans, and potatoes growing up in the country in many kind of varieties. 
   In the cost of Peru it has influence from the conquerors of Spain, from the African slaves, from the Japanese immigrant; (3) it is bring us new ideas to create original and typical dishes. Using fresh ingredients, water fish and local fruits are the base of many dishes. In the Andes is based on native crops such as potatoes, quinoa and local animals such as guinea pigs and llamas. In the jungle the fried bananas and the variety of exotic fruits are  the most common of typical food.
