Nomination of Sourabh Sharma for deletion

We at NDTV truly respects wikipedia's policies and laws.NDTV is a media channel of india and this account belongs to NDTV whatever information which are included in two articles 1.Sourabh Sharma and 2.Citizens Unity Of India both are notable from our side Ndtv is not able to understand that why news coverage is important for any political leader to be included in wikipedia even if a media channel is writing the article by its own.NDTV hopes that you understand our concern.

The article Citizens Unity of India has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No evidence that this is a notable organisation.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that the username you have chosen, "Ndtv11", seems to imply that you are editing on behalf of something other than yourself. Please note that you may not edit on behalf of a company, group, institution, product, or website which relates to the entity in question, and Wikipedia does not allow usernames that are promotional or accounts that are shared. If you are willing to use a personal account, please take a moment to create a new account or request a username change that represents only yourself as an individual. You should also read our Conflict of interest guideline and Plain and simple conflict of interest guide, and remember that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. Thank you. ES&L 21:24, 18 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed your recent edit to Citizens Unity of India does not have an edit summary. Please provide one before saving your changes to an article, as the summaries are quite helpful to people browsing an article's history. Thanks! AllyD (talk) 11:33, 19 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles, or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates, as you did with Sourabh Sharma. Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. Thank you. Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames that give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; please take a moment to create a new account with a username that represents only yourself as an individual and which complies with our username policy.  You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose.

If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice.

You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you would prefer to change your username, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice. Thank you.

This user's request to be unblocked to request a change in username has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without a good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

the name of the company is ndtv not ndtv11 so either i want you to unblock the account or change the username to ankita29 and unblock it thankyou Ndtv11 (talk) 05:56, 20 October 2013 (UTC)

Decline reason:

I have added the proposed username to the proper location in the unblock. This unblock unfortunately only addresses the username - it does not appear to address the improper articles that you have begun you career by creating. The English Wikipedia has very extensive criteria for inclusion - they're not optional. You will need to address how you intend to move forward ES&L 09:59, 20 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You are suspected of sock puppetry, which means that someone suspects you of using multiple Wikipedia accounts for prohibited purposes. Please make yourself familiar with the notes for the suspect, then respond to the evidence at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Ndtv11. Thank you. AllyD (talk) 17:19, 21 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Firstly, given that Wikipedia accounts are for one person only, what do you mean by "we" in your request? Secondly, what relation are you to Dubi253? --Anthony Bradbury"talk" 21:12, 21 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Your use of multiple Wikipedia accounts

[edit]

Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Ndtv11, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.
