Hello, thanks for your edits to this article. However, I've undone some of your changes per the guidelines on English varieties and logical quotation. You changed a British English spelling ("practicing") into an American one and you put the quotes outside the punctuation, which generally isn't recommended. A note about UNCL[edit]

Hi there, I've just passed this article and you'll notice that I've cut quite a bit out. This is because some of the references – for instance the company website – are not external, neutral and reliable sources. Some of this material could be put back if it can be verified. I've also toned down areas where I felt the language became somewhat promotional. All material can be built upon as the article is improved, but it's important to find sources that are solid and external and to keep the language encyclopaedic rather than promotional.
