I have reduced it by about 20% to 82 kB (13,353 words) of readable prose text. Notification: changes to "Mark my edits as minor by default" preference

Hello there. This is an automated message to tell you about the gradual phasing out of the preference entitled "Mark all edits minor by default", which you currently have enabled.

On 13 March 2011, this preference was hidden from the user preferences screen as part of efforts to prevent its accidental misuse (consensus discussion). This had the effect of locking users in to their existing preference, which, in your case, was true. To complete the process, your preference will automatically be changed to false in the next few days. This does not require any intervention on your part and you will still be able to manually mark your edits as being 'minor'. The only thing that's changed is that you will no longer be able to have them marked as minor by default. For more information on what a minor edit is, see WP:MINOR or feel to get in touch.

Thanks for taking the time to rate ΔT for WikiProject Physics. I agree with you in rating the article of low importance for physics. If I were rating it, I'd have trouble deciding between a B or C grade for quality. Could you explain what you found lacking on the article's talk page? Jc3s5h (talk) 11:36, 8 June 2012 (UTC)

Hi! I rated it low importance as it's a fairly specialised topic, with the main audience for this article likely to be those with more in-depth knowledge. I admit the grading was quite close though; it wouldn't take much to push it up to a B class. The most prominent point would probably be giving the article a defined structure (for example, introducing a lead section). In any case I'll put together some pointers where I think improvements can be made to get it up to a B Class, and put that on the article talk in the next few days. -- Newty 13:11, 8 June 2012 (UTC)
