User talk:NickapediRL
Welcome!
[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia, NickapediRL! I am Mysdaao and have been editing Wikipedia for quite some time. I just wanted to say hi and welcome you to Wikipedia! If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page or by typing {{helpme}} at the bottom of this page. I love to help new users, so don't be afraid to leave a message! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:
- Introduction
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- How to write a great article
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Also, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there. Again, welcome!

Creating my User talk with this edit
[edit]Congrats
[edit]Hey there. i just logged in now and checked my talk page and got your message. However, when I went to assist you, I saw that you had already figured out how to it all, and how to request assistance if needed. Congrats. Happy editing, and feel free to ask me any questions on my talk page if you have any further questions or concerns. Cheers! PopMusicBuff talk 20:29, 12 June 2010 (UTC)
- PS, I apologize. I misunderstood what you wanted to do. I thought you were trying to change your user name to "User:NickapediRL/Richard Rhodes", but that was an article you were trying to create. Which led me to believe that you were trying to create an article about yourself. PopMusicBuff talk 20:31, 12 June 2010 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Stone Wave
[edit]A tag has been placed on Stone Wave requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, a rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. andy (talk) 22:47, 14 June 2010 (UTC)
- Note: I couldn't help but notice that your page is being speedy deleted. Sadly theres nothing you can do about that right now as there is no info on it. I created you a sandbox, User:NickapediRL/Sandbox, where you can work on creating your article before you put it back in the mainspace. If ever you don't need the sand box anymore, you may place {{db|u1}} on the page, and it will be deleted shortly by an admin. PopMusicBuff talk 22:56, 14 June 2010 (UTC)
