Age additions

[edit]

Hi and welcome to Wikipedia. Could you please explain your recent additions? As far as I can tell, you tried to add the subjects' age to their articles when it was already shown. Kind regards, Robby.is.on (talk) 07:02, 7 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I update their ages for their birthdays, however, I do not know how to update the pages without causing duplicates ex (age 48 (template age 48) Nirvana and Type O Negative lady (talk) 02:02, 8 May 2020 (UTC) Nirvana and Type O Negative lady[reply]
Oh, I see. The template used for birth dates in an article's infobox automatically calculates the subject's correct age so it isn't necessary to update the age. See Template:Birth date and age: "Template:Birth date and age will return a living person's date of birth and age". Kind regards, Robby.is.on (talk) 06:42, 8 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Thanks for contributing to the article Jesse James Dupree. However, one of Wikipedia's core policies is that contributions must be verifiable through reliable sources, preferably using inline citations. Please help by adding more sources to the article you edited, and/or by clarifying how the sources already given support the claims (see here for how to do inline referencing). If you need further help, you can look at Help:Contents/Editing Wikipedia, or ask at the Teahouse, or just ask me. Thank you. --Jax 0677 (talk) 01:08, 24 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Greyjoy. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Whitechapel (band), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Greyjoy talk 01:56, 23 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
