Tambo / some fool[edit]

Hi! Thank you very much for sorting out the errors in the Tambo article. However, we have policy that says we don't comment on other contributors like that – apart from anything else, it can just be inflammatory and there is no point in annoying people and them getting annoyed back at you and all the rest. Even if you are right! <g> Hope this helps, happy editing, cheers DBaK (talk) 12:50, 19 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

What you are trying to say is I shouldn't use profane language right? Sorry for doing so. I got a bit carried away. I'm truly sorry. Njenjesi Chulumanco (talk) 16:16, 19 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, but I wouldn't call it profane as such! It's just a bit unwise and maybe provocative. Please don't worry about it any more. Cheers DBaK (talk) 20:13, 19 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Hello again sir. I wanted to ask a question as to how can I create a new article here on Wikipedia, but I mistakenly edited an article writing my question there thinking it was space for me to ask the question. Can you please help me to not be blocked. It was an honest mistake. Njenjesi Chulumanco (talk) 16:28, 19 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Hi – sorry I didn't see this before, but I am delighted to see that you have been getting excellent advice at the Teahouse. That was a good move and I am sure it will help you. And you will not get blocked for an honest mistake or two – or there would be no-one left editing here!
Here is a useful tip – on talk pages a colon indents your reply one level, two colons goes in two, and so on. You can see this if you look at this page in the editing screen. Most of us do it, and it is a big help in keeping the page organized and seeing who said what! Hope this helps, happy editing, best wishes DBaK (talk) 20:13, 19 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you so much sir. I thought I would get blocked. I'm still new to Wikipedia. Sorry for responding late, it was night time in my country. Njenjesi Chulumanco (talk) 04:34, 20 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
