Dear Zero, thank you for your message. However, I would like to appeal this action since the said article is not promotional. Temi Popoola is a notable Nigerian occupying an important position in the Nigerian Stock Exchange. His story is important because he is a young person in government with nationwide relevance and deserves to be listed. I am committed to neutrally and objectively documenting these important Nigerian leaders and that is not in any way against the policy of Wikipedia. Drafting an article on your talk page, however, is against policy. You have several routes:

Create the article directly if you are confident that it will be acceptable
Use [[WP:AFC] to draft in either:
- Your sandbox
- Draft: space
