Hi, I have taken a look and it looks like most sources do not mention Balanuye. For [1], it is unknown whether the author had a personal connection with Balanuye. To determine that a person is notable, we need multiple independent sources that are reliable. For example, could you find Balanuye in any published newspapers, or magazines, or news sites?

Second note: our community would really appreciate it if you try to improve existing pages first. That way, not only are you helping to improve our project, you can also learn about the relevant details of editing that you might not get from just writing about one subject.
