Quercus sagraeana

It's my understanding that the correct scientific name for this species is Quercus cubana A.Rich., Hist. Phys. Cuba, Pl. Vasc. 2: 230 (1841). Do you have an updated source for the name Quercus sagraeana? The closest thing I can find is Quercus virginiana var. sagrana (Nutt.) Trel., Mem. Natl. Acad. Sci. 20: 113 (1924) or possibly Quercus oleoides var. sagrana (Nutt.) C.H.Mull., Amer. Midl. Naturalist 65: 37 (1961). Of course, under the rules of the latest convention of the International Code of Nomenclature for algae, fungi, and plants dictates Q. cubana takes precedence if either of these is the source for the name Q. sagraeana. Otherwise, could you point me to where the name Q. sagraeana was published and why it should take precedence over the earlier name?
