Commercial links

Hi Pblum. I removed the link to put into the Emergency management article because it links to a company offering training and consultancy services, and I could not see any relevant content for the article. There are guidelines about linking to commercial websites, and the site should offer content related to the article which for some reason cannot be put in the article. Please do not add commercial links (or links to your own private websites) to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or a mere collection of external links.
