[edit]Unfortunately if you create a page for him now, an officious prick will come along and arrange for it to be deleted, claiming that he (KKF) doesn't yet meet the notability requirements for MMA fighters. That happened to me when I did this. FYI, I have a draft page for him at User:Rsfinlayson/sandbox/Kai-Kara-France; I'll bring this online after he has two more UFC fights (for a total of 3 UFC fights; the criterion for him to be 'notable', according to the officious prick).
