Wikipedia conventions

Hello.

In Lulu smoothing and Data analysis techniques for fraud detection, you're using far too many capital letters. Wikipedia conventions codified in WP:MOS forbid capitalizing an initial letter merely because it's in a section heading or an aricle title. See my recent edits.

A more complicated problem arises when you start an article like this:

Fraud is a million-dollar business and it is increasing every year.

Someone tagged the article as being written like a personal reflection or essay because it began like that, and I agree. A Wikipedia article should begin with a factual statement saying what the article is about. You could say something like

Data analysis techniques for fraud detection rely on the use of computers for the purpose of.....
