The article Joanne Skelly you have recently written may not meet Wikipedia's generally accepted criteria for inclusion of biographies. It has likely been marked for deletion. Don't worry, there are several other options:

With the above options your biography will be protected from being edited by others, unlike a Wikipedia article.

  • You may create a wiki at EditThis.info or one of the other wiki farms.
  • If you are attempting to make an entry for genealogical purposes, you may find WikiTree.org a useful site (but please do not simply copy material to Wikitree unless you are the original author - their license terms are different from Wikipedia's).
  • If you are, or intend to become, a regular Wikipedia contributor, please use your user page (user:Phredralf) to post biographical information about yourself.
Thanks and welcome to Wikipedia! Please feel free to delete this notice once the issue has been corrected.

Thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test worked, and the page that you created has been or soon will be deleted. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Re Constitution

[edit]

Hey Phredralf, and welcome to Wikipedia. The reason the constitution article was deleted is what while anyone can add information to Wikipedia, the articles here need to meet certain criteria for inclusion - it's not the place to carry out a personal experiment or art piece on the nature of democracy. Each main article on Wikipedia needs to be about a notable topic and referenced as such. If you'd like to make test edits, you can use a sandbox. Thanks for understanding. April 2009

[edit]

Please do not delete content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to 2009 Tea Party protests, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you.
