Be BOLD. Don't be afraid of offending me or anything if you have a complaint about something I did. I actually want to hear it, so I can correct whatever mistake I may have made.
Try to assume good faith. If I did something you view as offensive, I probably didn't mean to offend you, or anybody. Just tell me what it is and why it offends you, and I'll explain myself or improve it.
Remember to sign your edits and include an edit summary. That way things can be better organized.
If you give me respect, I'll give you respect.
