Thanks for uploading File:Karen Dunne, Gold Medalist in Women's Road Race at 1999 Pan American Games.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. Thank you Whpq for your help in getting this photo into Wikipedia properly. I have forwarded an email from the original copyright holder, Casey Gibson, to permissions-en@wikimedia.org based on these instructions, and this is the ticket number: [Ticket#: 2019112310004441]. You can add {{subst:OP}} to the file description to identify that there is there is a permission email that is awaiting processing by an OTRS volunteer. You can also remove the deletion notice as evidence of permission s now pending. -- Whpq (talk) 18:21, 23 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
