Thanks for your contributions to the suicide watch article, sounds horrible and I'm sorry you had to go through that. I'm afraid wikipedia isn't really the place for personal accounts though, it's not the kind of thing that belongs in an encyclopedia. You might want to take a look at the help pages on What Wikipedia is not and attribution which explain a bit more about why. The article could do with expansion though, and since it's obviously something you care about, you could have a look for some published sources on people's experiences of suicide watch.
