Article selection
[edit]Hi. I noticed that you picked the George Floyd protests article to work on. This may not be the easiest article to contribute to as a new Wikipedian. The main article is just one of the many articles about the protests on Wikipedia - there are, for example, fifty state-level articles and ten US city-level articles. There are also articles about the protests outside the US. If you want to work on this topic, I recommend that you take a look at the Category:George Floyd protests and determine where your intended contributions would fit in best.
