The degree information is acceptable as she also has it listed in the bio at her website. I also found her dissertation with information on her husband and daughter. I'll add the citations for you. Adding personal knowledge on your friends is considered a conflict of interest at Wikipedia. Any additions should be verified by secondary sources whenever possible. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
