Regarding your edits to the Scrotal infusion article:

  • Wikipedia is not a how-to guide. and this applies with particular force to medical topics, where providing medical advice is strictly forbidden.
  • All material in medical articles must be sourced to reliable sources meeting Wikipedia's "medical reliable sources" policy.
  • You seem to have added material to the article without removing the existing citations, giving the impression to the casual reader that the text is supported by those sources. As far as I can see, it is not.
