Hi. Thanks taking the time to edit list of cults of personality, but I regret to say that I reverted most of your edits. The reason is because the section on Turkmenistan became way too large, placing a undue emphasis on this single country. Infamous dictators who are taught in history textbooks worldwide (Hitler, Mao, Stalin, Mussolini, etc) do not have this much coverage in the article. I think the article should focus primarily on these well-studied cases rather than on world leaders and governments that are not so well known. This is basically an overview of the topic, not a detailed history of every aspect of every cult of personality. If you could streamline down some of what you wrote, that could work, too.
