Go to the page Wikipedia:Adopt-a-User and place the templates on your page. Then, instruct your adoptee to put the template on their page too. I suggest you use a grouping method, like Template:Userboxtop and Template:Userboxbottom, too. I respectfully suggest that you withdraw your RfA and take note of the generally good advice provided by its participants. An unsuccessful or withdrawn RfA should not discourage you from contributing - your contributions are valued, whether as an administrator or otherwise, and I'm sure most would agree that we appreciate your willingness to take on new roles and responsibilities.
