Drafts

[edit]

Could you consider writing drafts instead of starting articles directly in mainspace? The Pearl Monument has no references and no indication of why it's notable, which means it's liable to be deleted in its current form. Starting articles like this as drafts and putting them through Articles for Creation once their ready (straight to mainspace when you're really confident) would be much better. › Mortee talk 10:41, 25 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you very much, by the way, for adding images like File:The Pearl Monument.jpg to the Commons. Perhaps it would be better to add it to Doha Corniche rather than starting an article about the monument itself? I'm finding it difficult to find good sources to show that the monument is notable in its own right, though they may be available in Arabic. › Mortee talk 10:52, 25 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
