Orphaned non-free image File:FirstNorthernBankLogo.gif[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:FirstNorthernBankLogo.gif. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. Yes, please delete FirstNorthernBankLogo.gif‎ this file is no longer used and I now understand about orphaned images. Is there a way for the creator of the image to delete the file themselves or does this task have to be performed by an administrator? Thanks --Richard Jordana 20:35, 29 March 2010 (UTC)

I believe that the speedy deletion policy, WP:SPEEDY allows you to tag this logo with {{db-author}} to indicate that you, as the primary editor, is asking for the file to be deleted. -- Whpq (talk) 20:45, 29 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for File:ArmyServiceCorpsMedicalRecord.gif[edit]

I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
