Date formats[edit]

Hey Rickythe1man, please do not alter dates from one format to another, as you did here. Wikipedia articles may use either DMY or MDY date formats as long as it is consistently used throughout an article. Once a format has been established, it should be altered per WP:DATERET. If need any more help, feel free to check out the WP:Tutorial or ask other members of the community. Regards, Lordtobi () 20:46, 5 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I’m sorry I didn’t realize that that’s how it worked. I’ll keep that in consideration next time. Thank you for letting me know. Rickythe1man (talk) 20:48, 5 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Don't worry about it, stuff like this isn't really told or explained to new editors unless they read the entire MOS before making their first edits (and nobody does). ~ Dissident93 (talk) 22:19, 5 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • On a similar note though, please slow down to all the changes to the platforms on video games articles. Please learn how we do things. There’s reasons why no one else has made all the edits you’re making. Most aren’t an oversight. Sergecross73 msg me 01:18, 6 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
