Request reason:

I'm sorry if I have violated any policy, but I really do not quite see what it is I've done wrong. My edits have been, or have been intended to be, civil and constructive, and I apologise if they have not been. It seems to have been established now that I am not, as alleged, a sockpuppet of a banned user, and so I don't quite understand the rationale for blocking me. However, I don't mind agreeing not to do it again if only I knew what it was I did wrong in the first place! Rita Mordio (talk) 18:41, 1 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Checkuser Tnxman307 did not rule out Rita Mordio as a sockpuppet. But this edit by an ipsock within the usual iprange of Echigo mole[1] and the subsequent identical edit by Rita Mordio [2] as the first edit since 2009 can only be sockpuppetry. Mathsci (talk) 02:46, 2 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Equally well Rita Mordio edited logged off when making this unblock request [3] using the older vodafone ip range 212.183.1.1/16 used by Echigo mole prior to December 2011. See Category:Suspected Wikipedia sockpuppets of Echigo mole and Category:Wikipedia sockpuppets of Echigo mole. That IP range was blocked for 3 months in March 2011 by Shell Kinney because of persistent abuse by Echigo mole, now a community banned user. Mathsci (talk) 03:04, 2 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
