Hi! I noticed you tried to add "Rizwan AQ" as film editor of Punjab Nahi Jaungi. This is your username on wikipedia too, are you trying to promote yourself? Click here
Enter your valid email and basic info
An email will be sent to you, to verify your wikipedia ID
Click Here
It says "ENTER USERNAME OF RECIPIENT"
Submit, for e.g. my username M.Billoo2000
Type any message you want to
Submit

See instruction above "How to create your first article". It will instruct you to go on a link "your personal sandbox". Copy the whole code there and WP:PREVIEW it. Then you can check and correct your mistakes. After that, you can add Template:User sandbox on the top and publish. If your article is accepted, it will be moved to mainspace by a senior wikiuser.
