Request reason:

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 154.160.1.9. I am in Ghana using MTN for internet access. Rwhaun (talk) 16:37, 20 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You are not blocked, the IP is, so I can't really unblock you as there is no direct block on the account. You are free to edit from other ranges, but the best solution is to go to WP:IPECPROXY and request IP block exemption per the instructions there. You seem to have a pretty clean record, so to speak—four years or so editing without being blocked—and I think that, barring any unforeseen network issues, you'd be able to get it. — Daniel Case (talk) 07:44, 21 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
