- You can make a link to create the article by putting square brackets around the article name, like this: [[New article]] – There is no specific page or button that allows you to create a new article. I advise you to read Wikipedia's policies and guidelines and Help:Starting a new page before actually clicking the save page button. Welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome your help to create new content, but your recent additions (such as Jenheng hsieh) are considered nonsense. Please refrain from creating nonsense articles. Speedy deletion of Jenny hsieh

to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
