Hello, I notice that you recently created a new page, So You Think You Can Dance series. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. and if I may, you are perfectly in your rights to seek legal action but be aware that with your threat of legal action visible on this page you will not be unblocked per WP:NLT (regardless of the validity of any other unblock requests).
