this is quite amusing
You were the instrument of my recusal, but then proxied my vote via your own. Moreover, you link to the exact comment to which I referred here, in a question I hoped somehow made up for my inability to vote. Is this just cosmic irony? Thanks either way! sNkrSnee | ¿qué? 07:57, 3 December 2007 (UTC)
- Didn't even see your question. I just read the support and oppose comments, and looked at some of the questions, including the one I linked to. Its irony though. ~Sasha Callahan (Talk) 08:11, 3 December 2007 (UTC)
Not a necessary example
I thought an example was not needed in your VP comment so I removed it. It was sufficient to say that we don't censor. -- SEWilco 21:09, 3 December 2007 (UTC)
- No problem. ~Sasha Callahan (Talk) 21:11, 3 December 2007 (UTC)
my RFA
i cant see it causing any problems, but thanks for the offer of help :). besides, if at first you dont succeed... and so on! the failure actually gave me a lot of hints to work with to improve my editing and candidacy, so its not neccessarily a bad thing :) O keyes (talk) 23:43, 4 December 2007 (UTC)
Did you mean to both support and oppose him, or was this a situation of inadvertently voting for him twice? Just thought I'd check. And thanks for the comment, hopefully things will go better next year if I decide to run. Wizardman 20:37, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
- thanks for noticing that. I kinda feel like an idiot. ~Sasha Callahan (Talk) 21:31, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

Mike Huckabee Merge Proposal
Please comment on merging Mike Huckabee controversies into Mike Huckabee here [[1]] Jmegill (talk) 10:27, 9 December 2007 (UTC)
- Looks like the proposal was already closed and the merged, with the decision to merge. I would've voted to merge too, per WP:CRITICISM#Separate_articles_devoted_to_criticism.2C_trivia_or_reception_.28history.29. Oh Well. ~Sasha Callahan (Talk) 16:14, 9 December 2007 (UTC)

- Actually it was on the MFD page for your userpage. I suggest you read WP:NOT. ~Sasha Callahan (Talk) 01:28, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
User:Mormon4life MFD
In response to your point here; I know it may be a bit early, but I based that MFD off of this page and its reference to Mormon4life; now I think I might've been too quick to assume that both accounts would serve as 'Myspace pages', as the Lexi255865 one has. Do you think I should withdraw my nomination until a later date? Master of Puppets Care to share? 07:46, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
- No, I think the community at large should decide, not just me. It won't bother me at all if its deleted now, as long as the consensus is to do so. And sorry for accusing you of biting, but I think it might've been better for you to notify him of certain policies and wait and see what his response would be. ~Sasha Callahan (Talk) 16:38, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
- You don't have to apologize, as I can see where you and other editors are coming from when you call me bitey; however, in this case I acted on a suspicion that the two only existed to be used as a sort of Facebook/wall system, as the Lexi255865 account has been existing for about a week and a half and the only edits with it went to the userpage. I guess I should avoid making assumptions in the future. Master of Puppets Care to share? 20:04, 12 December 2007 (UTC)

- Congrats. I hope you prove me wrong (well, I was neutral, so I can't really be wrong-I think). ~Sasha Callahan (Talk) 01:46, 14 December 2007 (UTC)
Green To Wiki Edits
Hi Sasha, I am new to Wiki editing. There are several links on Wiki that link to my history website a few minutes ago. I am a history nut. I was adding wiki external links to some Boston mayor pages, as a lot of them are stubs. You rejected them and labeled them as pop-ups. I shouldn't have any pop-ups on my site other than mapquest external links, which users had actually requested. I cannot stand spammers, I cannot stand pop-ups, I cannot stand over advertised pages. I obviously can benefit from links from wiki, but I also can contribute. Can you let me know what I specifically did wrong here and/or the page that had the pop up? I will read the external link rules again, but thought I was ok. I try to be very scholarly, my Bussey Bridge Crash page that's on my home page is well referenced. Thank You ---- —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.178.196.103 (talk) 01:12, 14 December 2007 (UTC)
- First, the pop up referred to navigation popups, a tool used by editors here. It didn't refer to your sight. Second, if you own a website, you have a conflict of interest and shouldn't link to it without discussion. Anything else? ~Sasha Callahan (Talk) 01:16, 14 December 2007 (UTC)
Sorry
Hi Again Sasha, I only used this id previously for fixing broken wiki links to my site (that I did not add). I was reading your logs that you wrote about what I edited. I apologize for my ignorance. I will not use this ID again in any way other than updating links on wiki when I move pages in my web structure (so they are not broken on wiki). I must say that there are many wiki stubs I could contribute to which was my intention. I'll talk to a wiki editor for advice as to avoid a conflict of interest (and not break the rules again). I have many scholarly pages on my site and have done hundreds of hours of historical research. Can you please un-flag this id for blocking. Ignorance for the rules is no excuse, but I'd appreciate it. Thank You.
- I left a note on that page saying you promised not to do it again. ~Sasha Callahan (Talk) 01:44, 14 December 2007 (UTC)
