~~Actually, the image is free to use as NCSoft provides this and many other images for free as part of their fansite kit for the games.~~ I will, ~~however,~~ change this and Template:User City of Villains to comply with the Fair use rationale (the images are released on the City of Heroes/Villains official websites to use on fan sites, although I now know that this is not such).
