Information icon Hello, I'm MrOllie. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. Hello MrOllie. Thank you for your message. To be honest, I am rather surprised by your assessment. The edits on the two pages Swatch and Drive-through do not have the purpose to serve as advertising. In what do you see the advertising character?
The most I can see is that the edits regarding drive-through could be considered advertising. However, the fact that this is the world's first drive-through store for watches is very special. Further, it must surely be permissible, for example, to write about new headquarters designed by a star architect, right? Thank you. Scientia90 Scientia90 (talk) 20:21, 7 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
The whole thing is written in promotional tone, from top to bottom. To cite one of many examples, you just now referred to someone as a 'star architect'. If you are unable to recognize obvious promotional language like this I am concerned that you will not be able to write neutrally, as is required by Wikipedia policy (see links above).
