- Could be! Thus why I asked -- important to distinguish between "oops, we tripped on a cable" outages and those involving newsworthy events. If this is newsworthy (I don't know what you're referring to), I'd encourage you to add in-line mention of it, citing some independent, reliable media source if possible. – Luna Santin (talk) 22:59, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
