Firstly, welcome to Wikipedia. Regarding your userpage, your userpage appeared to be promoting a person. It was deleted by Bbb23 (talk) per WP:U5 for, similar to what I mentioned, using Wikipedia has a webhost, i.e. as a platform to promote a specific person.
