User talk:Serge Lachinov
Hi there Serge and welcome to en-Wiki. You have added a reference to the Arthur Ransome article which has been subsequently removed, more recently by me. The reason for its removal is that it is not a reference but merely a link to an article on the ru-wiki. As you may know Wikipedia is not considered a reliable source and therefore may not be used as a reference. In this circumstance I would normally suggest trying to find and alternative reference but as the fact involved is already properly cited this is unnecessary. Kind regards and all the best for 2009, Nancy talk 12:28, 4 January 2009 (UTC)
- Hi! Well, but I think: information about artist who was first illustrator of Ranesome is not superfluous. The artist worked per 90 years as young - it I wish to you! See my article about him in ru-wiki (interesting artist - best works in his last years, he could not write a line, but hand gave a stringent line in a drawing. The best regards. Sorry my English. date linking
[edit]Hi Serge! I notice that you created the article Mendeleev readings; you linked a great many of the dates or date fragments therein. Please note that date linking is no longer encouraged on Wikipedia. I would refer you to relevant sections of the style guidelines WP:Linking and WP:MOSNUM. Thank you for your attention. --Ohconfucius ¡digame! 06:56, 31 August 2010 (UTC)
